Yes. Round-trip transfer from our designated pickup points is included in every program.
We have two designated pickup points: Ekkamai BTS (walk to the Wat That Thong car park right next to the station) and Villa Cha Cha Restaurant in the Khao San area. At either point, look for our Love Elephant shuttle bus – our team will be waiting there. You choose your pickup point at checkout. We do not offer hotel pickup.
Love Elephant shuttle bus
Absolutely not. No riding, no chains, no hooks, no shows — we never have and never will.
Please book at least 1 day in advance to secure your preferred date and session.
Morning — boarding 07:30–07:50, the van leaves at 08:00, you are with the elephants from about 09:00, and back at your pickup point around 11:00.
Afternoon — boarding 12:30–12:50, the van leaves at 13:00, you are with the elephants from about 14:00, and back around 16:00.
Allow about 3 hours in total including the drive each way. The van cannot wait for late arrivals.
Comfortable clothing that you do not mind getting a bit of mud or water on. Sandals or water shoes are ideal.
No — and that is a deliberate choice, for two reasons.

The first is the pond itself. The bed is soft silt, and it is deep and unstable in places. It is fine for an elephant and genuinely difficult for a person. We are not willing to put guests into water we know is unsafe.

The second is the elephants. Bathing is when they are most relaxed, and it stays that way when they have the water to themselves.

You will watch the bath and mud spa from the bank — the best photo moment of the whole visit — and meet them up close as they come out.

Both our morning and afternoon sessions offer unique experiences. Mornings are often cooler, while afternoons are perfect for relaxed light.
